Our customer VIX is a leading payment and ticketing platform provider for the world’s major public transit systems with a footprint in countries such as United States, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Australia, China, Thailand, South Africa and many more. Over billion of journeys are processed every year by the systems we design, build, test and operate.
Our team:
We are currently looking for an experienced software engineer, who could have ambition/potential to become developer lead, to join our team that builds one of these cloud based systems that enhance the travel experience for general public in major European metropolitan areas. You will be working with the team to deliver high quality, cloud based fare collection backend system that’s responsible for processing thousands of credit card payments for journeys every day.
Our teams work in the state of the art cloud native environment and technologies such as AWS SQS, ECS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, S3, RDS and many more.
Location: Kosice / Zilina / remote
Requirements and Tech Stack
Must have:
- Backend C# and .NET Framework (Entity MEF).
- Web Services – REST/SOAP
- Database – SQL, MS SQL
- Version control
Nice to have:
- Windows Server
- Web Langages (PHP, Html, JS…)

- Shell scripting

- English – Upper intermediate (B2)
