UX/UI Designer, French speaking

Must have work experience:

• 4+ years of experience providing User Experience and User Interface design solutions for web and mobile applications
• Strong knowledge in conducting user research and usability testing
• lid User Experience skills in wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and personas
• Excellent knowledge of User Centred Design process and usability principles
• Strong User Interface skills (design patterns, iconography, imagery production, etc)
• Excel level skills in standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Axure, etc)
• Able to generate multiple User Experience solutions for a given problem
• Good knowledge and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, DHTML, etc…)

Software development experience:

• Practical understanding of agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
• Practical experience with software development methodologies, implementations, and asset management
• Experience with implementation, maintenance and scalability of custom design system tools and solutions

Common requirements:

• Strong experience of working in a UX designer or similar
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team across multiple locations
• Provide excellent service to Development, Sales and Marketing teams
• Work well under pressure, able to prioritise work load
• Excellent time management, able to hit deadlines
• Be a recognised expert on core product features
• Able to identify risks and issues, and provide solutions to mitigate
• Ability to work outside normal hours when needed to support critical activities or deadlines
• Fluent English and French communication skills
