Requirements

Ability to work in a fluid, start-up like environment
Strong sense of ownership and partnership in the Product Team
Strong English-language communication skills (oral and written)
2+ years of experience leading UX design processes, having completed at least one role, with a demonstrated track record of using UX methodologies in a complex B2B product/environment, e.g. requirements capture, usability testing, etc.

You are genuinely passionate about UX design and practices
You have good understanding and experience with different UX methodologies
You are flexible to change, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedback

You have expertise in standard UX/UI software: XD advantage, Sketch, Figma, AxureRP, Invision, Miro, Balsamiq
You can balance needs of multiple concurrent projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams, and are able to produce and explore multiple design options for new concepts
Experience with Data Analysis (e.g. A/B testing analysis) is an advantage
