Requirements

Write technical content at native English speaker level
BA degree, master’s preferred, or equivalent experience
4+ years‘ experience as technical writer in an enterprise software development environment
Experience working in an Agile environment

Experience preparing topic-based documentation
Ability to learn complex technology and tools
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Experience with Madcap Flare
Experience creating videos for technical documentation is an advantage
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an advantage

Language skills

English – Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

MadCap Flare – basic
