Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Software Engineering as individual contributor & at engineering leadership level
• Strong technical background in software product development
• Proven experience in managing software engineering teams
• Creative, tenacious problem solving with a get-it-done attitude
• Very strong communication and relationship management skills in multi-cultural environment
• Proficiency in Agile SW development methodologies
• Proficiency in cloud technologies – AWS, MS Azure, GCP
• Very good in cross-team communication, consistent and results driven

Personality requirements and skills

• 5+ years hands on software development experience
• Excellent understanding about software development cycle and related components and phases
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude, highly responsible
• Willing to learn grow, wants to succeed
• Leading by example
